Cancellations, Refunds, and Damaged Products
Damaged or Defective Products
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To Report a Damaged or Defective Product:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Send an email to sales@itsmadeofclay.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds:
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase can be fully refunded.
- Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee if the ordered has shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for returning shipped items (in new or undamaged condition). Once the order is received, a refund will be issued and can take up to 10 business days.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please Note: Refunds are not available for custom designs due to the personalized nature of these products.
